Nancy Longo the owner and chef at the Pierpoint Restaurant is one of Maryland's most successful chefs and fortunately for you she hasn't given up the small open kitchen and mid-priced restaurant that made her famous. Stop in here when you want to impress out-of-town guests looking for food with a distinctive Maryland flavor but something more than crab cakes with Old Bay seasoning. The names of the dishes alone -- prosciutto-wrapped cornmeal-fried oysters -- are enough to get you in the door.
