Joung Kak Restaurant

When New Yorkers get desperate to prove the advantage of living in a big city they often point to the fact that you can find a restaurant open at 3 a.m. on any day of the week. Jong Kak -- a restaurant in Baltimore's small Korean district that serves up Korean Japanese and Chinese food -- is your answer to those Manhattanites. It's open every day until 4 a.m. With those hours it's hard to be too critical of the menu but the promise of barbecue hot pots and more make this worth a visit especially at night.
